Counter to individualistic ideals and gratifications, you will learn the importance of seeing the library through the eyes of others with compassion and grace, putting aside preconceived notions to establish a library that seeks solutions to the problems of the people they serve.

- Find deeper meaning to people’s needs through observation and motivations.
- Discover and identify behavior to influence problems and solutions.
