  • Dr. Curtis Rogers is a library consultant with over 35 years of experience in the library and information science field. He has worked at Union Carnegie Library and Charleston County Public Library, and he retired as Communications Director of the South Carolina State Library. He has taught at the University of South Carolina’s School of Library and Information Science. Dr. Rogers holds a B.A. in Geography, an M.L.I.S., and a Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction
